How do you work out my price?

We track what every model we buy actually sells for across the UK, updated weekly. Your offer comes from that, the condition you describe, and how many of that model we already have.

How long is my price valid?

7 days from when you get it.

Do I need to print anything?

No. We post you a box, and the DPD driver prints the label when they collect.

What if you think it's in worse condition than I said?

We'll show you what we found and offer a new price. If you don't want it, we'll send your buggy back free.

How and when do I get paid?

By bank transfer, within 48 hours of your buggy passing our check.

Can I return a buggy I bought?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. See returns.
