No. Send it as it is. We clean every buggy properly before it goes to its next family.

No. Our box comes with tape and the collection label already inside, in a wallet you just stick on. Using your own box? Pick "The driver brings it" when you book and there's nothing to print.

Yes, and we add £10 to your offer for it. Use a sturdy cardboard box the folded buggy fits in snugly, no bigger than the box we'd send (you'll see the size when you book), and tape it shut along every seam. Then print the label we email you, or pick "The driver brings it" and just write the tracking number we send you on the box.

Press “Box arrived without a label?” on your tracking page, or email us at hello@rebuggy.co.uk. We'll rebook with a courier who brings the label, so you won't need a printer, and email you the new day.

Yes, someone needs to hand the box to the driver. FedEx comes between 9am and 6pm on your day, or DPD between 8am and 5pm for the biggest prams. If no one will be in, move your day once on your tracking page, or email us and we'll sort something out. Using your own box with the driver bringing the label? Then you can leave it somewhere safe and visible, like a porch.

Yes, the box and the collection are both free. Just send your buggy in it within 30 days of us posting it. If you don't, we may charge £10 for the box. Got a box already? Use your own and we add £10 to your offer instead.

We'll show you what we found and offer a new price. If you don't want it, we'll send your buggy back free. The exception: if it's very different from what you told us (a different model, or damage, faults or missing parts you didn't tell us about), we may charge £25 for the return.

Bugaboo Butterfly 2, Bugaboo Butterfly, Cybex Coya, Silver Cross Jet 5, Joolz Aer+, Babyzen YOYO3 and Babyzen YOYO2 fold small enough for most airline cabin-bag sizers. The smallest fold is the Babyzen YOYO3, at about 41 litres. Always check your airline's own limits.
