  1. Step 1: Get your price

    Pick your model and answer five quick questions. Your cash offer shows up straight away.

  2. Step 2: Our free box, or your own

    Book a collection date and pick how you'll send it. We can post you a box, made up and ready, with a packing guide, tape and your collection label inside: it arrives the working day before (send your buggy in it within 30 days, or we may charge £10 for the box). Or use a sturdy box of your own and we add £10 to your offer.

  3. Step 3: The courier collects

    Seal the box and put the label on. With our box it's already in the label wallet. With your own, print the label we email you, or pick a driver who brings the label, and just write the tracking number on the box. The courier picks it up for free from your door on the day you chose.

  4. Step 4: We check it over

    We check it matches what you told us, then run our 11 safety checks. Every one is photographed.

    We'll show you what we found and offer a new price. Say no and we send it back free, unless it's very different from what you told us: then we may charge £25 for the return.

    Move your collection once from your tracking page. We'll text you the evening before.

  • No printer?

    You don't need one. Our box comes with the label inside. Using your own box? Choose "The driver brings it" when you book.
