Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of the day your buggy is delivered (or collected, if you picked it up). You don't need to give a reason.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and say you'd like to cancel.
2. We'll book a free DPD collection. Pack the buggy with everything that came with it.
3. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, to the card you paid with.

We may take money off the refund if the buggy has been used beyond what you'd need to check it over, as you would in a shop.
