14 days to change your mind, and free collection when you do.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of the day your buggy is delivered (or collected, if you picked it up). You don't need to give a reason.

  1. Email hello@rebuggy.co.uk with your order number and say you'd like to cancel.
  2. We'll book a free courier collection. Pack the buggy with everything that came with it.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, to the card you paid with.

We may take money off the refund if the buggy has been used beyond what you'd need to check it over, as you would in a shop.

Want to be sure before you buy?

Check it will suit you first. Every model we sell has a spec page with its weight, open and folded size, seat, carrycot and basket, so you know it fits your boot, your hallway and your bus. Torn between two? Compare them side by side.
