What's covered
Covered
- Frame and chassis: cracks, failed welds, bent tubes
- The fold mechanism and its locks
- Brakes
- Wheels and bearings (not tyre punctures)
- Harness straps, buckles and anchor points
Not covered
- Normal wear to fabrics, foam and tyres
- Accidents, misuse, or going over the maker's weight limits (each model's limits are on its spec page)
- Parts changed or repaired by anyone other than us

Step 1: Email us
Send your order number, what's wrong, and a photo or short video to [email protected].
Step 2: We reply in a day
You hear back from us within one working day.
Step 3: We put it right
Repair, replacement or refund. We pay the courier both ways.
