6-month warranty

Every buggy we sell comes with a 6-month Rebuggy warranty from the day it's delivered. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them.

What's covered

• Frame and chassis faults: cracks, failed welds, bent tubes
• The fold mechanism and its locks
• Brakes
• Wheels and bearings, apart from tyre punctures
• Harness straps, buckles and anchor points

What isn't covered

• Normal wear to fabrics, foam and tyres
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or using it beyond the manufacturer's weight limits
• Parts changed or repaired by anyone other than us

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, what's wrong, and a photo or short video. We'll reply within one working day. If it's covered, we'll repair it, replace it with an equivalent buggy, or refund you, and we'll pay for the courier both ways.
