Selling your buggy to us

1. Your offer. An instant offer is valid for 7 days. It's based on your answers about the buggy's model, age, condition and what's included.
2. Ownership. By booking, you confirm the buggy is yours to sell, isn't stolen, and isn't on finance.
3. Payment. We only pay into a UK bank account in your name, within 48 hours of the buggy passing our check. We never pay before we've checked it.
4. Our check. If the buggy doesn't match your answers, we'll offer a revised price and explain why. If you decline, we'll return it at our cost.
5. Collection. You can move your collection date once from your tracking page. If the courier can't collect twice, we'll cancel the booking.
6. Serial numbers. We record serial numbers and may share them with the police if we have reason to think an item is stolen.

Buying from us

1. Condition. Every buggy is graded (As New, A or B) and shown with photos of any marks.
2. Warranty. 6 months, as set out on our warranty page, on top of your legal rights.
3. Cancelling. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. See returns.
4. Price and payment. Prices include VAT where applicable and are charged when you order. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
5. Delivery. By DPD to UK mainland addresses, or collection in person by arrangement.
