Who we are

Selling your buggy to us

   Your offer. An instant offer is valid for 7 days. It's based on your answers about the buggy's model, age, condition and what's included.

   Ownership. By booking, you confirm the buggy is yours to sell, isn't stolen, and isn't on finance.

   Payment. We only pay into a UK bank account in your name, within 48 hours of the buggy passing our check. We never pay before we've checked it.

   Our check. If the buggy doesn't match your answers, we'll offer a revised price and explain why. If you decline, we'll return it at our cost, with one exception: if the buggy is materially different from what you told us (for example a different model, or damage, faults or missing parts you didn't tell us about), we reserve the right to charge you £25 towards the cost of returning it. We'll tell you if this applies before you decide.

   Collection. You can move your collection date once from your tracking page. If the courier can't collect twice, we'll cancel the booking.

   The box. When you book, you choose to send your buggy in a box we post you, or in your own. The box we post you is free. You have 30 days from the day we post it to send your buggy to us in it. If you don't send it within that time, we reserve the right to charge you £10 for the box.

   Your own box. If you choose your own box, we add £10 to your offer, shown when you book, and pay it with the rest. You can print the collection label we email you, or ask for a courier whose driver brings it. Your box must be sturdy and suit the buggy, and packing it well is down to you: our check (above) is of the buggy as it arrives. The £10 stays on top of any revised offer.

   Serial numbers. We record serial numbers and may share them with the police if we have reason to think an item is stolen.

Buying from us

1. 1
   Condition. Every buggy is graded (As New, A or B) and shown with photos of any marks.

   Warranty. 6 months, as set out on our warranty page, on top of your legal rights.

   Cancelling. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. See returns.

   Price and payment. Prices include VAT where applicable and are charged when you order. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

   Delivery. By FedEx or DPD to UK mainland addresses, or collection in person by arrangement.
