Folding and packing your buggy
Each guide walks through one model: what comes off first (the seat or carrycot, the hood, anything loose), how the frame folds, and how it all fits in the free box we post you.
Folding it properly keeps it safe in transit and means it arrives with us complete, so the price we offered is the price we pay. If your model isn’t listed, the steps for another model from the same brand are usually close.
What do I need to pack my buggy?
Just the box we send you. It arrives made up the working day before your collection, with a packing guide, a roll of tape and the collection label inside. No tape, printer or bubble wrap needed.
Do I take the wheels off?
Only if your guide says so. Some frames only fit the box with the wheels off; most fold small enough with them on. Pop any removed wheels into the box alongside the frame.
What goes in the box with the frame?
Everything you told us about when you got your price: the seat, carrycot, hood, bumper bar, rain cover and any adapters. Missing parts can change the offer, so include all of them.
What if I can’t get it to fold?
Check the fold guide for your model first; the catch is often on the handlebar or under the seat. Still stuck? Email us your order number and we’ll talk you through it before FedEx arrives.
Is collection really free?
Yes. The box, the FedEx collection from your door and the delivery to us are all free. You choose the day when you accept your offer, and can move it once from your tracking page.
