How we price your buggy
Each price guide shows what we pay for a complete buggy in each condition: as new, good, well used, and poor or faulty. They are the cash prices we actually offer, not estimates of what you might get listing it yourself.
Condition matters most, then what’s included. A buggy with its carrycot, rain cover and adapters is worth more than the frame alone. Answer five quick questions and you get a firm offer for yours, which holds for 7 days.
How do you work out what my buggy is worth?
Five quick questions cover it: which model it is, how old it is, its condition, whether everything works, and which extras you still have. Most offers appear on screen in about 2 minutes.
Do you buy worn or faulty buggies?
Yes. Well used, and poor or faulty, are conditions we price, so describe yours honestly and the offer reflects it. You still get the free box and free collection.
Is the guide price what I will get?
It’s what we pay for a complete one in that condition. Your offer depends on yours: if we can price it straight away you see it on screen; otherwise we price it by hand within one working day.
What if my buggy isn’t quite as I described?
We show you what we found and offer a new price. If you’d rather not accept it, we send your buggy back for free, as long as it’s broadly what you told us (see our terms).
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer, within 48 hours of your buggy passing our check. You post nothing yourself: we send a free box and FedEx collects it free from your door.
