How to fold your Cybex Gazelle S for collection
Second seat or carry cot comes off, then it folds with the main seat on and locks with the fold lock.
Get it ready
Step 1: Empty the basket and any pockets.
Step 2: Take off the rain cover, footmuff, cup holder and anything else clipped on. They go in the box too if you told us about them.
Take it apart
Step 3: Fold the sun canopy all the way back.
Step 4: If you have a second seat, carry cot or car seat fitted, take it off first.
Fold the frame
Step 5: Put the brake on.
Step 6: Pull the lever on the back of the seat and fold the backrest forwards.
Step 7: Press the fold buttons on the handlebar, then pull the fold lever underneath it.
Step 8: Push the handlebar forwards and down until the stroller folds and clicks.
Step 9: Check the fold lock on the side of the frame has clicked shut.
Good to know
- If the box is tight, all four wheels come off. Press the release button by each wheel and pull the wheel away.
Pack the box
Step 10: Put the folded frame in the box first, wheels down.
Step 11: Slide the seat unit or carrycot in beside it, then tuck the small bits into the gaps. A carrier bag keeps them together.
Step 12: Tape the box shut along every seam. There is no label to print: the DPD driver brings it.
Buttons and handles move about a little between production years. If yours looks different, the fold steps in your manual are the ones to follow.
