How to fold your iCandy Peach 7 for collection
Seat or carrycot off, then the frame folds one-handed and clicks shut, with the seat packed alongside.
Watch it first
Get it ready
Step 1: Empty the basket and any pockets. No need to clean it: we wash every buggy.
Step 2: Take off the rain cover, footmuff, cup holder and anything else clipped on. They go in the box too if you told us about them.
Take it apart
Step 3: Close the canopy.
Step 4: Press the release buttons on both sides of the seat unit or carrycot and lift it straight up off the frame.
Step 5: Take off any car seat adaptors or elevators, as the frame will not fold with them fitted.
Fold the frame
Step 6: Squeeze the release button under the centre of the handlebar.
Step 7: Keep it squeezed and push the handlebar down and forwards.
Step 8: Let the frame fold down towards the floor.
Step 9: Pull the carry strap on the frame straight up to finish the fold.
Step 10: Listen for the click that tells you the frame has locked folded.
Good to know
- The rear wheels come off if the box is tight: press the button in the centre of each rear wheel and pull it off the axle.
Pack the box
Step 11: Put the folded frame in the box first, wheels down.
Step 12: Slide the seat unit or carrycot in beside it, then tuck the small bits into the gaps. A carrier bag keeps them together.
Step 13: Close the flaps and re-seal the box with the roll of tape we sent: along the middle seam, over the ends and down the sides.
Step 14: Peel the backing off the wallet, with the FedEx label still inside, and stick it on top beside the tape, over any old labels. There is nothing to print.
Buttons and handles move about a little between production years. If yours looks different, the fold steps in your manual are the ones to follow.
