How to fold your Bugaboo Dragonfly for collection
Folds in one piece with the seat or carrycot still on, into a small self-standing package.
Get it ready
Step 1: Empty the basket and any pockets.
Step 2: Take off the rain cover, footmuff, cup holder and anything else clipped on. They go in the box too if you told us about them.
Fold the frame
Step 3: Put the brake on by stepping on the brake pedal.
Step 4: Press the large button on the handlebar and bring the handlebar down until it reaches the FOLD stripe.
Step 5: Press the large button while sliding the FOLD button to either side.
Step 6: Lift the handlebar up and bring the front of the pushchair towards you.
Step 7: Let the seat or carrycot fold down with the frame until it stands up on its own.
Good to know
- If the carrycot does not fold, pull the strap at its foot end towards you and let go. Pull it up, never push down on it.
Pack the box
Step 8: Put the folded frame in the box first, wheels down.
Step 9: Slide the seat unit or carrycot in beside it, then tuck the small bits into the gaps. A carrier bag keeps them together.
Step 10: Tape the box shut along every seam. There is no label to print: the DPD driver brings it.
Buttons and handles move about a little between production years. If yours looks different, the fold steps in your manual are the ones to follow.
